Fashion tour de force continues as the reality star, 32, debuted yet another new look yesterday. She stepped out with Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci, wearing a black gown with a plunging neckline, pleated skirt, and triangular cut-outs around the waist. The new mom showed off her post-baby curves and very ample cleavage!
