The truth is brightly coloured lipsticks aren’t as high maintenance as they seem. You can pull off a bright colour without looking too 1980s::: apply your lipstick with a lip brush. You’ll achieve a subtler effect. Apply translucent power...Blot, blot, blot and apply another layer of lipstick and you are good to go!
